How large a file can I send?
Free accounts can send files up to a few gigabytes per transfer. Pro and Business plans raise the per-transfer limit considerably — see the Pricing page for the exact caps on each plan.
How long are my files kept?
Files are stored only for the retention window tied to your plan, then permanently deleted. You can also delete a transfer manually at any time from your dashboard.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Anyone with the share link can download a transfer — no sign-up required. You can optionally add a password or expiry for extra control.
Can I get help migrating my team?
